Mystral Brunton currently serves as the VP Talent Management at Principal Financial Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the talent lifecycle across global markets, workforce planning initiatives, succession planning for key leadership roles, and talent development programs in alignment with strategic business objectives. Prior roles include Partner and Talent & Inclusion COE Leader at Marsh McLennan, Partner and Head of Talent at Mercer, and Head of Talent and Workforce Planning for Asia at Philip Morris International. With significant experience in talent strategies, organizational development, and HR leadership, Mystral has also held positions at MetLife, JP Morgan Chase, and AIG, contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Mystral holds a BA and an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa.
