Matthew Clark

Matthew Clark has extensive experience in various roles, with a focus on software engineering and web development. Matthew worked as an Electronic Software Engineer at Principal LED from 2016 to the present, where they designed microcontroller-based electronic circuits and developed custom firmware using C/C++. Prior to that, they were an Information System Manager at the same company from 2019 to the present. In 2015, they were the Owner & Web Applications Developer at Syllogic Creativity, LLC, where they specialized in full-stack web application development. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Ener-Tel Services, Inc. as a Software Developer and Network Engineer, primarily using languages such as Ruby, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP5, Objective-C, and Java. Matthew also led the implementation of a city-wide Wi-Fi hotspot project. Before that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Information Technology from 2009 to 2010, where they provided system administration and focused on virtualization using VMware vSphere. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Systems Programmer and IT Administrator at Ener-Tel Services, Inc., responsible for engineering software for commercial controls and maintaining the company's computer network. Matthew started their career as a Systems Administrator at Lockheed Martin in 2004, managing classified training systems. Prior to that, they briefly worked as a Field Support Technician at General Dynamics Information Technology in 2004. Matthew served in the USAF as an Enlisted C4 Systems Operator from 2001 to 2004. Matthew also has experience in the healthcare field, having worked as an ECG Technician and a Cardiac Catheterization Lab Assistant at Covenant Health System from 2000 to 2001.

Matthew Clark started their education in 2007 at Angelo State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Chemistry until 2008. In 2012, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Small Business and Entrepreneurship in 2014. Following this, Matthew attended Angelo State University again and graduated with a BA in English with a focus on Creative Writing. In 2012, they also earned the certification of IPv6 Certified Sage from Hurricane Electric.
