Aiza Aryati Kasim

Aiza Aryati Kasim currently serves as the Head of HR at Principal Malaysia since September 2023 and has been an active volunteer with 30% Club Malaysia since August 2020. Previously, Aiza was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Manulife from September 2018 to September 2023. Aiza's extensive HR experience includes leadership roles at AmBank Group, OCBC Bank, and HSBC, where responsibilities ranged from leading HR for various banking sectors to managing HR projects. Aiza started the career at Citi as a Marketing Executive and progressed to HR roles at RHB Bank and PETRONAS ICT Sdn Bhd. Aiza holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Bradford and has completed the OCBC-INSEAD Executive Development Program.
