Petr Kania

Petr Kania is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, delivery management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as HR Director and Delivery Manager at Principal engineering s.r.o. since June 2015, Petr Kania has focused on the development and management of body shop activities in business, delivery, and human resources. Previous positions include Delivery Manager and Delivery Director at Ness Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed new unit rollouts, budgeting, forecasting, and the management of over 200 delivery experts. Earlier roles at Logos involved building and managing a QA department, while positions at SUSE included Business Director overseeing sales activities in CZ and SK, and Documentation Dept. Manager responsible for production of extensive SUSE Linux documentation. Petr Kania holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Escuela Superior de Marketing y Administration and attended Masaryk University Brno.
