As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Heather is responsible for leading Eliassen Group's overall Human Resource & Talent strategy. Heather's primary focus is to partner with team members and leaders across the organization to reinforce strong company culture, ensure employee engagement, create learning and development programs, and implement talent management strategies that support the achievement of the business goals and objectives. In doing so, her goal is to accelerate growth and enhance the vision, enabling us to remain a viable and competitive company that people love to work for and that clients can rely on for consistent, continued partnership.
