Catherine McCarthy

Catherine McCarthy, SHRM-SCP, has diverse work experience in the HR field. Catherine began their career as a Lab Analyst at Abbott Labs in 1998. In 2001, they joined On Assignment Lab Support as a Senior Branch Leader, where they managed a team of recruiters and account managers and was responsible for recruiting technical, scientific, engineering, and quality positions. Catherine then transitioned to Prinova USA in 2017, where they took on roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, a Talent Development Manager, and currently serves as the Regional HR Director - US. In their current position, they utilize their expertise in global ingredient sourcing and distribution to help drive the business forward.

Catherine McCarthy, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry and Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2018, they obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications and completed courses in subjects such as communication, leadership development, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and people analytics from institutions such as HRCI, LinkedIn, and Integrity Solutions.
