Katrina Apgar has over 13 years of experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Print NW since March 2010. Katrina has held various roles at Print NW, including Purchasing & Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Representative, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer relations and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Print NW, Katrina worked at Pollard Group Inc from April 2004 to March 2010 as a Customer Service Representative, further developing skills in client interaction and support.
