Katerina Stathakaki is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Group Talent & Culture Manager at Printec Group since February 2022. Prior roles include Group Learning and Development Manager at ELLAKTOR GROUP, and serving various HR functions at FOURLIS Group of Companies, where responsibilities included managing HR operations, training needs analysis across multiple countries, and overseeing budget planning for HR initiatives. Katerina's earlier experience includes roles in training development, payroll administration, and HR coordination for organizations such as Druckfarben Hellas S.A. and Athens 2004. Katerina is pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business, following a degree from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
