Andrew Gonzales has over 35 years of experience in facilities management. Andrew began their career in 1984 as a Facilities Space Planner at Vishay Siliconix. In 2012, they took on the role of Facilities Coordinator 2 at UC Berkeley, where they were responsible for the management, long-range planning, organization, coordination, oversight and/or performance of multiple operational activities and services for multiple buildings. In 2013, they became the Facilities/EH&S Manager at Innova Dynamics, where they developed, implemented, and maintained comprehensive EH&S best practices program focused on adherence to OSHA standards, state and local governmental regulations, and corporate requirements. In 2016, they took on the role of Facilities/EHS Manager at CLEARink Displays, Inc., where they oversaw the coordination of building space allocation, layout, and facility expansion, planned budgets and scheduled facility modifications, created and managed the preventive maintenance program for the facility equipment, and set up and coordinated chemical storage and hazardous waste management. Currently, Andrew is the Environmental Health Safety/Facilities Manager at PrinterPrezz, a role they have held since 2019.

Andrew Gonzales attended San Jose City College from 1974 to 1976, where they earned an Associate's degree in Industrial Technology.
