Francisco Francilmar

Francisco Francilmar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the oil and gas industry. Francisco started their career at Alpargatas as an Industrial Engineering Intern in 2002. In 2003, they joined Perbras - Empresa Brasileira de Perfurações LTDA as a Rig Manager, where they were responsible for completions and workover operations. During their time at Perbras, they gained operational knowledge and worked their way up through various positions. In 2011, Francisco joined PRIO as a Drilling Engineer, monitoring drilling operations and providing optimization solutions. Francisco later took on roles such as Wells Team Leader, Well Engineering Manager, and Wells, Subsea, and Production Manager at PRIO. Currently, Francisco is the Operations Director at PRIO, where they lead company operations, implements creative solutions, and sets goals to drive the company and its people forward.

Francisco Francilmar holds an Executive MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, they obtained an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidade Potiguar from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, Francisco holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they earned from Universidade Federal da Paraíba between 1998 and 2003.
