Paul F. has a diverse work experience in the medical and security fields. Paul started their career in 2005 as a Military Police Officer, specializing in protective services and armed security. In 2010, they transitioned to the Womack Army Medical Center and worked as a Tactical Medical Supervisor, managing a team of Tactical Emergency Medical Technicians and providing training for over 40 Tactical Medics. Paul then moved to the 200th Military Police Command in 2013, where they served as an Emergency Medical Technician Manager and Senior Medical Skills Coach & Trainer, responsible for supervising Security Officers and Medical First Responders. Paul joined the US Army Medical Department in 2014, holding the position of Senior Emergency Medical Technician and Lead Emergency Medical Provider. In this role, they supervised and coached over 18 Military Personnel in physical security operations and emergency medical response. In 2021, Paul joined Chenega Security SBU as a Federal Emergency Response Official and Security Operations Supervisor. Most recently, in 2022, they worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for LIBERTY COUNTY EMS and Priority Ambulance, where they also served as a BLS Instructor.

Paul F. has a diverse education history spanning several fields. From 2017 to 2023, they attended Thomas Edison State University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Technology with a focus on Homeland Security & Emergency Management. During the same period, they pursued an Associates degree in Military Leadership & Technology, specializing in Military Science, Leadership, and Operational Management.

In 2019, Paul F. also enrolled in the Georgia Institute of Emergency Medical Services, where they pursued Advanced Emergency Medical Technician studies until 2021. Paul did not obtain a specific degree from this institution.

Prior to these academic pursuits, from 2011 to 2022, Paul F. attended the House of Prayer Bible Seminary, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry with a focus on Missions. In 2016, they briefly attended the U.S Army Medical Department (AMEDD), studying Medical Office Management/Administration.

Paul F. has also received various certificates and certifications throughout their education journey and professional career. Notably, they obtained certifications such as AHA Basic Life Support Instructor from the American Heart Association in May 2022, and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Red Cross in December 2021. Paul has also received certifications in emergency medical services from organizations such as the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians.
