Jake Schafer

Jake Schafer is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as the Manager of Financial Reporting at Priority Power since March 2022. Previously, Jake held the role of Financial Reporting Senior at Shift from October 2021, where responsibilities included leading ASC 842 adoption and preparing technical accounting memos. Prior experience at PwC included serving as a Deals Senior Associate in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services, focusing on uplifting financials to PCAOB standards, and as an Experienced Assurance Associate, conducting audits in various areas such as ASC 842 adoption and revenue recognition.
