Ross Aroyo

Ross Aroyo is an accomplished NBPA Certified Player Agent and Director of Digital Production & Strategic Planning at Priority Sports & Entertainment since September 2015. With experience in supporting NBA and NFL agents, Ross specializes in Free Agency preparation, negotiations strategies, recruiting, talent scouting, evaluation, and marketing, alongside creating digital content for clients. Previous roles include Director of Basketball Operations at TEAM IZOD Sports U, Marketing Trainee at Octagon Basketball, and Co General Manager for the University of Maryland Men's Basketball team. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Ross has also held various intern positions in marketing and operations within the sports industry.
