Megan Homoya Zeller

Megan Homoya Zeller, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Megan started their career at Old National Bank in 1993, gradually advancing to Accounting and Human Resources. In 2002, they joined Aisin as a Human Resources Representative before taking on the role of Assistant Manager of Benefits and Payroll Administration at Aisin Mfg. Illinois, LLC. There, they played a crucial role in the successful launch of a new plant and was involved in hiring over 500 employees. In 2011, Megan joined Heartland Regional Medical Center as a Human Resources Consultant, where they focused on restructuring processes and serving as a business partner for acquisitions. Since 2015, they have been serving as the Human Resources Director at Priority Staffing Group.

Megan Homoya Zeller, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Education and Development/Accounting from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they obtained from 1998 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Associates degree in Science from John A Logan College from 1992 to 1996. Megan attended Carterville High School from 1988 to 1992. Megan also holds additional certifications, including Basic Life Support Adult/Child/Infant from the American Academy of CPR and First Aid obtained in September 2016, SHRM-CP from SHRM obtained in 2015, and Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in 2003.
