Courtney Cupples

Courtney Cupples is an experienced executive in the biopharmaceutical industry with a focus on commercial strategy and marketing. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Priovant Therapeutics since November 2022, Courtney previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Marketing at Biohaven Pharmaceuticals from February 2018 to November 2022. At Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Courtney was instrumental as Vice President for both the Global Metabolic Franchise and the Global aHUS Therapeutic Area, where responsibilities included maximizing revenue growth and leading strategic branding efforts for key enzyme replacement therapies. Earlier career experiences at Sanofi Genzyme involved significant roles in product marketing and launching initiatives in the rare disease market in Latin America. Courtney holds a BA in Sociology/Anthropology from Swarthmore College.
