Nicole Parrott

Nicole Parrott has extensive experience in recruiting and human resources, holding key positions at multiple organizations. From August 2021 to July 2022, Nicole served as the Director of Recruiting and Career Development at Prism Electric, Inc., where responsibilities included interviewing and recruiting. Prior to this role, Nicole was a Recruiter for Service & Special Projects at the same company. Between February 2017 and August 2021, Nicole functioned as Division Manager at The Premier Group, Inc., focusing on similar recruiting activities. Nicole also worked as Life Center Operations Manager at Easterseals Central Texas from September 2015 to February 2017, and as Director of Operations at Project Walk Austin from August 2010 to August 2016, both positions emphasizing interviewing and recruiting efforts. Nicole is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin.
