Juemin Zhang is a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in risk management and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Actuary at PRISM and Appointed Actuary at the Affiliate Risk Captive, Juemin plays a pivotal role in managing risk coverage programs for public agencies in California. Previous positions include consulting actuary and advisor to InsurTech startups, actuary at Buckle focusing on the sharing economy, and telematics consulting actuary at Root Inc. Juemin has also held leadership roles at Trōv, Willis Towers Watson, Milliman, and Perr&Knight, specializing in innovative actuarial solutions, predictive analytics, and regulatory compliance. Juemin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Computing from UCLA.
