Richard Bleicher

Richard Bleicher has a strong background in legal and compliance roles. Richard began their career as a Litigation Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where they worked on a variety of commercial litigation cases. Richard then joined AT&T as a Corporate Counsel, leading a team responsible for addressing the company's legal exposure from hacking schemes and negotiating important agreements. Richard went on to work at Lucent Technologies as a Managing Corporate Counsel, providing legal advice and counsel to the company's Microelectronics Division. At Agere Systems, they served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, leading the Global Commercial Law Group and overseeing compliance and ethics programs. Richard then moved to LSI Corporation, where they continued their role as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, handling all legal matters for the company and winning significant cases. Richard later joined Humanscale as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Intellectual Property, overseeing legal and risk management matters and leading a team responsible for resolving patent litigations and disputes. Most recently, Richard took on the role of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at PRISM Vision Group.

Richard Bleicher began their education at Georgetown University in 1974 and graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Economics. Richard then pursued further studies at the University of Virginia School of Law from 1978 to 1981, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
