Gwen Hall is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in organizational, team, and individual performance improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent, Learning & Organizational Development at Prisma Health, Gwen has a proven track record in leadership development, executive coaching, and facilitating learning education solutions. Previous roles include Executive Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Prisma Health and Department Manager of Performance Improvement and Talent Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. Gwen's expertise extends to managing large teams and complex operations, including leadership positions in claims processing and retail management at J.C. Penney Corporation. Gwen holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management with a Leadership Specialization from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Troy University.
