Kory Cablay

Kory Cablay is a Resident Physician in the Internal Medicine - Pediatrics program at Prisma Health, having held this position since May 2022. Prior to this, Kory completed medical education at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine from July 2018 to May 2022, earning a Doctor of Medicine degree along with a Certificate in Translational Medicine. Kory's professional background includes managing the Returned Goods Analysis Lab at Terumo Neuro and working as a Research and Development Chemist at MicroVention, Inc., focusing on biomedical device studies. Academic research experience includes serving as an undergraduate researcher at Chapman University, where Kory analyzed arsenic-bearing particulates and participated in a Research Fellowship, as well as an internship at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County, exploring innovations in medical environments through artificial intelligence. Kory holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Chapman University.
