Phil Ericksen

VP, Product and Strategy, Health Plan at Prisma Health

Phil Ericksen is the current VP of Product and Strategy for Health Plan at Prisma Health. Prior to this, they were the Regional Sales Director for Eastern US at IHC Specialty Benefits, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. There, they were responsible for sales channel development in 28 states and also contributed digital marketing content and sales training for group health plans. In 2010, Phil was named #1 in Lead Generation Region while at Allstate Benefits where they served as the Regional Sales Director for SC/NC/VA from 2004 to 2012. There, they managed Area Sales Managers and staff, marketing group and individual health benefit plans. Phil more than doubled sales production within three years and took the region from 21st to 6th place nationally. Prior to Allstate Benefits, Phil served as the Regional Marketing Director for Southeast US at Brokers' Risk Placement Service, Inc. from 2002 to 2004.

Phil Ericksen has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Citadel and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from St. Olaf College. Phil also has a certification from ARM - Associate in Risk Management, HIA - Health Insurance Associate, and RHU - Registered Health Underwriter.
