Leonardo Maza

Leonardo Maza is an experienced professional in backend development and technical leadership, currently serving as Chapter Lead at Prisma since May 2021. In this role, Leonardo oversees the backend development teams, promoting professional growth among team members and enhancing performance. Previously, as Delivery Tech Lead at Prisma, responsibilities included strengthening the technical delivery team to improve implementation timelines and product quality. Leonardo also has a background as a Senior Backend Developer, focusing on microservices development using .NET 6. Prior to Prisma, Leonardo worked at SEAC SA from December 2007 to May 2021 as the IT Leader, managing the infrastructure sector and overseeing software and hardware vendor contracts.
