Currently serving at PrismHR since May 2018, Normand previously held roles as a Senior Programmer at Circle Commerce, Inc., and Ratex Business Solutions, where responsibilities included managing custom system implementations and developing multi-channel ERP software. Normand's career began in technical positions at various companies such as Greenline Productions and AMS Services, progressing to managerial roles at Avexxis Corporation, where client solutions were developed and implemented. Normand holds an AS in Telecommunications Technology from Springfield Technical Community College and a Certificate in Electronics from Technical Careers Institute.
