Whitney Field

Whitney Field is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of HCM Services at PrismHR since October 2019, Whitney previously held the position of Customer Success Manager. Prior roles include Vice President of HCM Operations at Allintus and HR Consultant positions at HR Technology Advisors, LLC, inVentiv Health, ConsultNet, and EDI Specialists. Notably, Whitney has a strong background in implementing compliance strategies and developing HR processes, highlighted by a contract role that involved the implementation of an Affirmative Action Plan.
