Courtney Dykstra

Courtney Dykstra has over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as an Accountant and Bookkeeper for the Prison Entrepreneurship Program since February 2018. Prior to this, Courtney held various accounting roles, including Accountant at Timber Green Tree Service, where responsibilities included financial statement preparation and payroll tax management. Experience also includes a position as a Tax Auditor for the Franchise Tax Board and a DOT Driver Qualifications Compliance Auditor at Sysco Foods, focusing on compliance and process improvement. Previous work as a Staff Accountant at Siska Group involved monthly bank reconciliations and tax return preparation. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown.
