W. Brian Byrd

W. Brian Byrd is currently the Medical Director at Palm Primary Care Texas since June 2023. Previously, W. Brian was the Owner, Founder, and Part-Time Physician at Texas Family Medicine for over 20 years. Byrd has also served on the board of Prison Fellowship Ministries and was a Council Member for the City of Fort Worth. W. Brian founded and served as President/CEO of Texas Hospice until its acquisition in 2013. Byrd began their career as a Resident Physician at Family Practice Center after earning their MD from UT Health San Antonio and a BBA in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
