Jessica Karam Oley attended TMI Episcopal from 1994 to 1996. Jessica Karam then went on to pursue a B.S. in Psychology at Texas Christian University from 1996 to 2000. In 2003, they graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law with a J.D. In February 2004, they obtained a certification from the State Bar of Texas.
