Brad West

Brad joined Pritzker Private Capital in 2014 and is a Partner - General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He manages the legal aspects of the group’s operations, including transaction execution, corporate governance, risk management, media relations and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Brad worked in the private equity, finance and transactions practice of Vedder Price, P.C. Previously, Brad worked in the corporate and securities group at Mayer Brown LLP, representing buyers and sellers involved with acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

Brad received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. He received his B.B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems, with highest distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
