Arsen Kourinian

Arsen Kourinian is a seasoned legal professional specializing in privacy law, currently serving as a member of the Privacy Implementation & Accountability Task Force at The Interactive Advertising Bureau since August 2023. Arsen is also an Advisory Board Member for the Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional Exam and the CIPP/US Exam Development Board at the International Association of Privacy Professionals since January 2021. In addition, Arsen contributes to the State Bar of California's Consulting Group on the Establishment of a Legal Specialization in Privacy Law and holds the position of Partner at Mayer Brown since May 2022. As Chapter Chair for OneTrust PrivacyConnect since March 2022, Arsen has further established a prominent presence in the field. Previous roles include Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP and Knobbe Martens, as well as Senior Associate at McGuireWoods LLP. Arsen began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Central District of California after earning a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a degree in History from UC Santa Barbara.
