Kimberly Sauder

Kimberly Sauder has worked in the field of customer success since 2015. In 2015, they began their career as an Administrative Associate at ScotiaMcLeod. In 2017, they moved to Veriday Inc. as a Digital Marketing Consultant. In 2018, they joined Veriday as a Service Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for customer support and operational leadership. In 2022, they were appointed Director of Customer Success at Private AI.

Kimberly Sauder attended the University of Toronto Mississauga from 2010 to 2015, where they earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
