Randy Langenderfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit, compliance, and real estate investment. Currently serving on the Cyber Security Committee for the Private Directors Association® since July 2023, Randy has also been President of InvestArk Properties, LLC since 2014, focusing on providing recession-resistant multifamily real estate opportunities to busy professionals. From 2012 to present, Randy holds the positions of Audit Committee Chair and Finance Committee member at Summa Health System, a major healthcare provider in Akron, Ohio, while previously serving as VP, Chief Compliance & Audit Officer at Baylor College of Medicine from 2013 to 2023. Additional roles include Global Director Audit & Compliance at Veyance Technologies, Inc. alongside adjunct teaching at Indiana Wesleyan University, and Vice President of Audit & Compliance at University Hospitals Health System prior to that. Randy holds an MBA in Finance from Bowling Green State University.

The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation. An individual or corporate annual membership provides: • Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live-streaming of those events. • Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics. • A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
