Customer Success Manager Joy at Privateaser

Charlène Bauchu has held a variety of positions since 2009. Charlène began as a Responsable Cabines Backstage for FREE LANCE, then worked as a Coordinatrice de festival for the Festival international des jeunes créateurs de Dinard. In 2018, they were a Technicien support for Weezevent, then moved to LIKAKO as a Styliste accessoiriste in 2019. Also in 2019, they worked as an Assistante de production for Mephistopheles. In 2020, they were a responsable d'acquisition numérique for Rocket School, and in 2021 they were a Chargée de billetterie for Belle Factory and a Freelance for Weezevent. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager for both Privateaser and Joy.

Charlène Bauchu has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Digital Business, Management, Marketing and Support Services from Bachelor Rocket School Paris (2020-2021), a BAC STI AA in Design and Applied Arts from Lycée Sainte-Geneviève (2004-2006), a BEP MIC (2004-2006), and a BAC PRO AMA (2007-2009). Additionally, Charlène Bauchu has obtained certifications from Google (March 2020) and Datananas (February 2020).
