Sparsh S. started their work experience in 2017 as a Summer Trainee at Unified Vision Capital Pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they served as a Project Team Head at Homestay Volunteer Teachers Organization, a non-profit NGO focused on improving the quality of life in Cambodian communities. Later in 2018, Sparsh joined Thinkthrough Consulting as a Summer Intern, where they were involved in activities such as benchmarking pharma companies in the CSR domain and developing business plans. In 2019, Sparsh worked as a Wealth Management Intern at Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited, gaining valuable knowledge about the financial services industry. Currently, Sparsh is employed as an Operations Analyst at Privé Technologies, starting in October 2020.

Sparsh S. pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Operations Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they completed their high school education at Apeejay Stya Education (Svran Foundation) from 2002 to 2016, where they earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Science.
