Heather G. has extensive experience in instructional design and learning development. Heather began their career as a Youth Program Coordinator and Curriculum Designer at Magnolia Plantation & Gardens, where they managed and organized youth groups and created curriculum based on Bloom's Taxonomy. Heather then worked as an Administrative Assistant at the College of Charleston, where they assisted with administrative tasks and facilitated board meetings. Heather went on to become an Instructional Designer and Instructor at the College of Charleston, collaborating with faculty to design and deliver training content. Heather also worked as an Intern in Training, Curriculum, and Instructional Design at the Charleston County School District.
