Jennifer Pence

Jennifer Pence, MBA is the VP, Talent Acquisition at Privia Health. Jennifer previously worked at Cigna as a Talent Acquisition Leader for over 18 years, leading physician and patient care recruitment efforts. Prior to that, Jennifer held HR Business Partner roles at Gateway, American Memorial Life, and Conseco Finance. Jennifer also served in the United States Air Force as a Personnel Manager. Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of South Dakota, a BS in Business Management from National American University, and AAS degrees in Personnel Administration and Avionics from Community College of the Air Force.
