Mel Ibarreta

Mel Ibarreta has a diverse work experience, starting as a Program Manager in the USAF overseeing multimillion-dollar contracts. Mel also served as a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Capital and Sun Microsystems, focusing on process improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Mel's experience includes roles at eBay as a Process Engineering Manager, at Cisco Systems in various senior management positions, and most recently as the Chief Operations Officer/Information Security Officer at Privis Health. Additionally, Mel has experience in environmental security program management at the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Throughout Mel's career, there is a consistent focus on driving operational excellence, customer success, and strategic program management.

Mel Ibarreta has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. They also attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College and the USAF Air War College for further professional education. Mel has obtained various certifications in areas such as Agile, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ITIL, Program Management, Six Sigma, and Systems Engineering.
