Philip Jacobs

Philip Jacobs is a financial executive with 30 years of experience at public multinational corporations as well as successful private start-ups. Before joining Privis, Philip served as the CFO of PHM companies HealthEC and Sandlot Solutions. He previously served as the financial head of CSC’s half-billion dollar Global business unit, CFO of Paragon Solutions and VP of Finance at FCG. Earlier in his career, Philip led initial and secondary public offerings for Peachtree Software and IMNET Systems.

Throughout his career, Philip has provided overarching financial management including IPOs, private capital raises, and mergers & acquisitions. He has also served as an officer on various corporate boards.

Philip received an MBA from Emory University and holds a bachelor of science degree from Georgia Tech.
