Kelvin Araujo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kelvin worked as a Customer Success Manager at Privyr from February 2022 to the present. Previously, they held the role of Service Delivery Account Lead at SunFish DataOn Philippines Inc. from July 2021 to January 2022, where they were responsible for client relationship management, account management, and conducting operations reviews. From October 2020 to May 2021, Kelvin was a Customer Success Team Manager at Doorbell Technologies Inc. Prior to that, they served as Head of Customer Advocacy and Customer Advocate at Sprout Solutions from July 2017 to August 2020, and from February 2017 to July 2017, respectively. Earlier in their career, Kelvin worked as a Customer Success Hero at PayrollHero.com from November 2015 to January 2017, and as a Customer Support Representative at Expert Global Solutions from June 2014 to September 2014. Kelvin also gained experience as an After Sales Coordinator at Fresenius Kabi from December 2011 to February 2014. Additionally, Kelvin completed internships at CNN Philippines and Manila Broadcasting Co (MBC) in 2014 and 2013, respectively.

Kelvin Araujo, ITIL®4, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communication from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Kelvin pursued this course of study from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Kelvin also obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in September 2019.
