Melanie FABE LARRIBE is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and legal advising. Currently serving as Responsable Opérationnel RH at PRO à PRO since January 2022, Melanie previously held the position of Group HR Manager at Classic Fine Foods from August 2017 to January 2022, and worked as an HR Business Partner for Lagardère from August 2014 to March 2017, overseeing HR operations across France, Senegal, and Cote d’Ivoire. Melanie's expertise encompasses designing recruitment processes, implementing training programs, and managing employee relations and legal matters, with a focus on developing effective HR strategies and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
