Daniel Santos has a diverse work experience in the engineering and research development field. Daniel started their career as a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer at Danaher Corporation in 2004 and then joined Pro-Dex, Inc. in 2005 as a Manufacturing Engineer. At Pro-Dex, they progressed to roles such as Sr. Design Engineer, Program Manager, and Engineering Manager. In 2013, they joined Hologic, Inc. as a Sr. Hardware Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Research Development. Daniel returned to Pro-Dex, Inc. in 2020 as Director of R&D and Business Development. Overall, Daniel Santos has consistently held positions of increasing responsibility and has a strong background in engineering and research development.
Daniel Santos has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Daniel also holds a certification in High Performing Leadership Program from Insigniam.
