Rosie Hokanson

Rosie Hokanson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Pro-Dex, Inc. since February 2015, Rosie oversees bi-weekly payroll for 100 employees and coaches management on performance evaluation and recognition processes. Prior to this role, Rosie worked as a Human Resources Consultant, developing HR policies and employee handbooks, and held the position of Human Resources Manager at Comarco Wireless, where significant improvements in HR programs and audit results were achieved.
