Siegfried Fichtler

Siegfried Fichtler (born 1968) has been working for the Berlin software company PRO-DIRECT-FINANCE GmbH (PDF) since 2010. PDF was founded in 2004 and has specialized in real estate financing with the web-based credit processing system MONTO. Customers are renowned banks and insurance companies such as DEVK, Münchener Hypothekenbank and BNP Paribas. Due to the extreme process orientation and the high degree of automation, coupled with the partnership involvement of customers in new and further developments, the company has already been awarded the TOP 100 Innovation Prize three times - most recently in 2022.

Siegfried Fichtler began studying industrial engineering in Paderborn and completed it in Karlsruhe in 1995. After several positions at international and regional management consultancies (including Arthur Andersen, Simon Kucher & Partners and geno consult), he and two partners founded the strategy consultancy 4P Consulting in Stuttgart in 2001, which focuses on banks and specializes in merger management, and successfully built it up for five years. He then managed several major strategic projects in the banking and IT environment as an interim manager (including IT migration of the entire group of 15 PSD banks to the FIDUCIA cooperative data center). He has been living and working in Berlin since 2010.
