Lisa Malins

Lisa Malins is a skilled computational biologist and bioinformatics scientist with extensive experience in genomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics, currently working at Pro Farm Group since August 2019. In this role, Lisa develops analytical pipelines, conducts data analysis of LC-MS/MS and RNA-seq, and collaborates on genome assembly and annotation for various organisms. Previously, Lisa held positions as an Assistant Research Scientist and Bioinformatics Intern, focusing on gene expression studies and microbiome diversity. Academic background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, and an associate's degree in Biology from Allan Hancock College, complemented by tutoring experience in multiple subjects.
