Jordan A. Leonard

Jordan A. Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They recently joined Pro-ficiency as a Client Success Manager, where they contribute to the development of performance management solutions for the clinical trials industry. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Pro-ficiency and also provided administrative and sales support.

Before joining Pro-ficiency, Jordan owned their own company called Zendo Digital LLC between 2018 and 2021. They also had a significant role in the Burning Man Project as a Regional Contact, LLEO member, BMIR manager, and PLF 501(c)3 co-founder from 2017 to 2021.

In the past, Jordan worked as a Technical Moderator at Videoworks of Virginia and held the position of Administrative, Financial Operations & HR Manager at Carytown Burgers & Fries. They also gained experience as a Sample Coordinator at PPD and as a Business Development Manager at Wolfpackaging, Inc.

Jordan A. Leonard obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. This degree was earned between the years 2003 and 2009.
