Tonya Carruthers

Tonya Carruthers is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Director of Human Resources at PFF since October 2020, Tonya previously held significant HR leadership roles at Interstate Batteries from January 2015 to October 2020, where responsibilities included directing HR for the Commercial, Strategy, and Sales unit, as well as leading talent acquisition efforts. Prior HR management experience includes roles as HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Custom Fit Search Group, Home Office Recruiting Manager at JC Penney, and Senior Manager at Walmart. Tonya holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Texas Woman's University, and an Associate of Arts from Collin County Community College.
