Currently serving as Help Desk Support II at Pro Group Management since August 2016, Min-Hsin Lee has previously worked as an IT Support Technician at Stefanini EMEA for Alcoa AFS, specializing in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting various printers and network equipment, and managing Microsoft Active Directory. Prior roles include Help Desk Technician at Cashman Equipment, Photo Kiosk Install Repair and PC Technician at Barrister Global Services Network, and Dispatch Technician at R&R Solutions, among others.
