Ginger DeLance

Ginger DeLance is the CEO of Pro Health Medical Staffing, a position held since April 2009, where responsibilities include leading the sales and financial performance of the Per Diem, Contract, and Permanent Placement Division. Prior to this role, Ginger served as the Head of Sales Operations and later as VP of Business Development and Recruitment at Noble Eagle Inc. from January 1999 to April 2009, specializing in staffing for various sectors including industrial and administrative. Earlier in the career, Ginger worked as a Social Worker for the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing counseling services to combat veterans suffering from PTSD and sexual trauma. Ginger's military experience includes a position in the Logistics and Transportation Division of the United States Army from June 1989 to May 1993. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from California Baptist University.
