Philip Heitlinger

Philip Heitlinger is an experienced professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as an Associate in the Run-Off Department at Prudential Regulation Authority since May 2014, where oversight of several run-off sector companies is a primary responsibility. In addition to this role, Philip has been a Senior Consultant for Europe at PRO Insurance Solutions since June 2009, focusing on developing business opportunities in continental Europe. Previous positions include Executive Director and General Manager Technical at Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd, where Philip managed the technical aspects of E&A Pools run-off, as well as General Manager Non-Marine Underwriting at English & American Group, overseeing the London market non-marine portfolio. Philip began a career in underwriting at UNAT RE from 1980 to 1983, specializing in liability and accident portfolio facultative risks. Philip holds a Master of Arts degree in French and German from the University of Oxford, earned from 1974 to 1978.
