Cathy Schindler

Cathy Schindler, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Cathy most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Pro Mach Inc, starting in December 2012. Prior to this, Cathy worked at Kraft Foods for 10 years as a Senior HR Manager, where they provided strategic HR direction for the Snacks RD&Q group and was responsible for talent development, organization design, and change management. Before joining Kraft Foods, Cathy worked at HJ Heinz as a Divisional HR and Recruitment Manager, overseeing recruiting strategy, succession planning, and web-based applicant tracking system migration. Cathy also worked at Welch's as an HR Manager, where they managed a team and was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Cathy began their career at McKeesport Hospital as the Director of Compensation & HRMS and started as a Human Resource Assistant at PPG Industries. Throughout their career, Cathy has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, and leadership training.

Cathy Schindler, SPHR obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wheeling University. Cathy also holds a certification in S.P.H.R. from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in 1993.
