Eric Kolstoe

Eric Kolstoe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric started their career as a Production Supervisor at Archer Daniels Midland Company from 1997 to 1998. Eric then joined Harsco Rail as a Design Engineer from 1998 to 2000. After that, they worked at FAST Global Solutions (WASP Inc.) in various roles, including Engineer, Engineering Manager, Director of Operations, VP Manufacturing, and Vice President of Sustaining Engineering, from 2000 to 2023. In 2023, they were briefly unemployed before joining ProMach as the Director of Operations. Throughout their roles at FAST Global Solutions (WASP Inc.), Eric demonstrated their expertise in managing manufacturing facilities, operations, procurement, logistics, and continuous improvement.

Eric Kolstoe earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering from North Dakota State University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
